Where can I watch WTI Livestreams?
WTI hosts daily 1-hour livestreams.  All live and previously live shows can be found on our Amazon Live, our Shopping Channel and YouTube.

How much do WTI Livestreams cost?

WTI utilizes credits to order content. Livestream features have a value of 1 credit. Premium Livestreams (ex. Prime Day, Black Friday) have a value of 2 credits. 
* Please note: You must already have a WTI POV Video published to be able to order a Livestream feature. (POV Videos have a value of 5 credits.)

All WTI memberships include an initial allotment of credits which can be used for any content type.  Additional credits can be purchased "a la carte" and WTI Members receive a 10-35% off discount depending on their membership tier.

How long will my product be featured during your livestream?
Your product will be specifically featured for approximately 2-5 minutes, but the option to purchase will be available throughout the entire show. The host will introduce your product, play a POV Video showing a satisfied customer using it in a real world setting, mention features they appreciate, its current price, and encourage viewers to add to their cart and purchase.

How long does it take for my livestream request to be scheduled into an upcoming show?

Once you have filled out a Job Request for a Livestream, it will need to be approved by admin, then our livestream coordinator will schedule your feature into an upcoming show. (this may take 48-72 hrs) Once it has been scheduled, all the details of the show (date, time, and livestream URL) will be accessible in the Job Request of your member dashboard.

In the event of unforeseen events (illness, technical difficulties, etc.), your time slot may need to be rescheduled. In that case, our livestream manager will notify you.

Do I ship my product to you to be featured in a livestream? 

No, WTI uses POV videos to feature your product in a livestream. The host will not physically display your product on their set. They will introduce your product, play a POV Video showing a satisfied customer using it in a real world setting, mention features they appreciate, its current price, and encourage viewers to add to their cart and purchase.

How does my product qualify to be featured in a Deal Day Livestream?

To be included in a Deal Day livestream, your ASIN must be on Amazon’s “Today's Deals” page. Lightning Deals and 7 Day Deals qualify (for sellers) and Best Deals qualify (for vendors).

Can I watch your livestream after it was live?

Yes, you can watch all our past livestreams on Amazon Live, YouTube Live as well as our OTT Shopping App.

Can I do a giveaway on a WTI Livestream?

No, it is against Amazon’s privacy policy to collect viewers' contact information and perform giveaways on the Amazon Live platform. However, WTI runs giveaways separately on our social media platforms. For more information, email: giveaways@wtihub.com

Can I provide additional information about my products for the livestream host to mention?

You may include 1 or 2 preferred points you would like mentioned in the NOTES section of your Livestream Job Request, however it is at the discretion of the livestream host whether or not they decide to include that information in the livestream.

I want to join your WTI Livestream, but I don’t have a POV video on the ASIN yet, what do you suggest?

First, you will need to fill out a Job Request to have a POV Video created using the ASIN you would like featured in the livestream. Once it has been published on Amazon, you can then enter that ASIN into a Job Request to order a Livestream feature.

Do you provide analytics for your livestreams?

No, we do not provide analytics for individual shows. The audience varies based on Amazon’s placement of our livestream, popularity of the products featured, the date, and time. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the number of views we will get.
