1. Simply fill out your name, email, phone number, create a password and enter referral information if applicable.

2. Next enter your company's name, your brand name, accounts payable name and email, marketing name and email, your Amazon storefront/website URL and your company's address.

3. Select a package option. If you were given a promo code enter it here. Click CONTINUE.

4. After verifying all information is correct, agree to the terms of service and privacy policy.

5. Enter your PayPal or credit card information to purchase. (NOTE: Your credit card will not be charged until WTI admin approves your registration. This could take up to 24 hrs.) You will then be sent an email with login instructions to access your member dashboard.

You can choose to prepay in full upfront or be billed monthly. All subscriptions will auto-renew unless you opt out or cancel your subscription before your renewal date. (Basic packages are always prepaid up-front as a one time fee for the year.) Your credit card will not be charged until your registration has first been approved by WTI admin. For Basic and all other prepaid subscriptions, all credits are immediately available upon purchase.

​However, clients paying monthly will receive some initial credits upon purchase and those remaining will be added to your account monthly according to the plan selected.

Creator (7 initial credits + 3 additional credits added monthly) = 40 Credits

No, you will receive 5 credits upon purchase, which can be used at any time throughout the year. No additional credits are added each month. You may purchase additional credits as needed.

Yes, you may order content for multiple brands that you own on any active subscription.

• Login to your WTI account and click the ORDER CONTENT button (top right) of your member dashboard. This opens a NEW JOB REQUEST.

• Select the TYPE of content you would like to order. (POV Video, Livestream, VVS, etc)

• Select where you would like your PRODUCT LISTED ON from the dropdown menu options. (Select "amazon.com" unless your product is not actively listed on amazon.com. In that case, it can not be automatically found in the look-up, so you will need to select "multi-platform" instead)

• Add the ASIN/SKU and the product image will automatically generate.

• Copy and paste the NAME OF PRODUCT.

• Include details in the NOTES section. (Specific details for product photos, preferred points you would like mentioned in a video/livestream, etc.)

• Select to SHIP the product to a video creator in US, Canada or both, then read and ACCEPT the shipping clause.

• Save the job with either Draft or Publish STATUS. (Drafts are only visible to you, Publish status initializes the request and sends the job to admin for approval)

PENDING - You have filled in a Job Request and saved it to Publish or Draft. (it is pending admin approval, this may take 24-48hrs)

APPROVED - Admin has reviewed and approved your request. (VVS/POV Videos/Photos - your job will now be posted live to our team of content creators, it may take 24-48 hrs or longer to find a suitable photographer/video creator for your job, depending on the product. Livestreams/Giveaways - your job is being scheduled)

IN PROGRESS - A creator has been selected. View their shipping details and add tracking information, if applicable. (Livestreams & Giveaways will show in progress once they have been scheduled)

COMPLETED - Your job has been fulfilled and the URL link has been added.

• You will receive an email notification once a creator has been selected for your VVS, POV Video or Photo Job.

• View the creator's shipping details by selecting the CREATOR INFO button.

• Once you have shipped the product, select the SHIP AND ADD TRACKING button.

• Add the COURIER, TRACKING NUMBER and click the SHIPPED button. (this will notify the creator that the package has been shipped and is on the way.)

• Once the creator has the package, they will add the date received. (you can expect the job to be completed approximately 2-4 weeks from that date.)

You are responsible for shipping your product, along with any necessary accessories required for it to function. If the wrong product is shipped, the product is damaged, has missing parts, or is non-functioning, we will contact you, and the video creator will not create content until the issue has been resolved.

The product(s) must be shipped within 4 weeks of being notified that a video creator has been hired for the job. If not, the job will be switched to DRAFT status and cancelled. Additionally, if there is a product issue and our Client Relations Manager has been unable to contact you or you have not responded within 4 weeks, the job will be cancelled and the credits returned to your account. The video creator will have the right to keep or discard the product with no obligation to create content.

By consenting to the shipping clause, you agree to bear full responsibility for all shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs charges, and any other expenses associated with the transportation and delivery of the goods to the designated destination. The video creator shall not be liable for any such costs or fees incurred in relation to the shipping process.

Go to MANAGE JOBS on your member dashboard.

Using the filters, search for VVS or POV videos with a COMPLETED status.

Click ACCESS VIDEO at the bottom of the job and the video will begin to play.

Using the three dot menu on the bottom right corner, select the DOWNLOAD option. (or right click on the video to get the download option, depending on your browser)

The video will automatically download and save to your device.

All WTI members with a subscription can now receive downloadable copies of VVS and POV videos with full usage rights for as long as the subscription is active.

* Please note that the video content provided by WTI is exclusively available to our valued members as part of their membership benefits. Unauthorized use of this content after membership expiration or without active membership is strictly prohibited and considered a violation of our terms of service. If WTI content is reposted in any form, a copyright complaint will be filed with Amazon and the video will be removed without warning. We take content protection seriously and any such violation will be reported and subject to appropriate action. We encourage our members to fully enjoy the benefits of their membership while adhering to our terms and policies.

Downloadable usage rights to VVS and POV Videos are available for all videos that have been ordered during your subscription. However, if you would like to purchase usage rights to any video made prior to your subscription, you may order this as a job request for 5 credits at any time. (some exceptions may apply)

Yes, you may upgrade your current subscription at any time with no penalty. Any unused credits you currently have would be transferred over to your renewed or upgraded subscription.

Simply follow these steps:

• Log into your member dashboard

• Go to MY SUBSCRIPTION on the sidebar menu

• Click the +ADD/CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION button

• Select which PACKAGE you would like to purchase

• Click the PAY NOW button

• Enter your Credit Card or PayPal information

However, downgrading your subscription is not permitted until the remaining balance owing has been paid in full.

No action is required on your part. You will be notified via email that your subscription will automatically renew 7 days beforehand, then a reminder email will be sent 3 days prior to the renewal date. To upgrade your existing subscription, access the +ADD/CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION button on your user dashboard. Select the desired package option, then enter your payment information.

If you purchased a package using a credit card, simply update your credit card information using the UPDATE CREDIT CARD button on the "My Subscription" page of your member dashboard.

If your package was purchased via PayPal and you would like to update your payment method, you will need to login to your PayPal account in order to update it.

If you prepaid for your subscription, you will not have the option to update your payment method as this was a one time fee.

All unused credits will be transferred over and added to your new subscription when you upgrade. However, no credits are transferred over should you choose to downgrade your subscription.

To cancel a WTI subscription, you must request a cancellation and pay any outstanding balance owed in your contract.

* NOTE: Once a subscription has expired or been cancelled, you lose usage rights and must immediately remove all content created by WTI that you uploaded to your Amazon product pages, websites, social media, or any other platform. Failure to do so is a violation and considered copyright infringement. In addition, WTI will remove all videos created for your brand (off our YouTube channel and Amazon Storefront) 12 months after they were published.

Once a subscription has expired or been cancelled, you lose usage rights and must immediately remove all videos created by WTI from your Amazon product pages, websites, social media, or any other platform. Failure to do so is a violation and considered copyright infringement. In addition, WTI will remove all videos created for your brand (from our YouTube channel and Amazon Storefront) 12 months after they were published. To maintain usage rights, you may choose to purchase a different package that works with your current needs.

No, WTI allows subscribers to have usage rights only to POV videos ordered by means of the "Access Video" button. These videos are watermarked and altering is prohibited. However, if you "Purchase Video" (which costs 24 credits) you will receive ownership to the unwatermarked version of the video and may alter it.

You can purchase additional credits by selecting PURCHASE CREDITS on your user dashboard, select the number of credits you would like to purchase, add it to your shopping cart, select your method of payment, and check out. When creating the job, select CREDIT TYPE: Transfer your subscription credits to a la carte credits. WTI clients with an active subscription will have access to video content with usage rights and qualify for credits at a discounted rate. Non-subscription clients will pay full price for credits and will not have access to video usage rights.

No, all WTI subscriptions are annual plans, whether they are paid in full upfront or divided into monthly payments. They include credits which can be used to order content anytime throughout the year with usage rights, as long as the subscription remains active.
