This comes with clear instructions and even when it came to attaching the electrical part I felt totally comfortable doing that myself. One of the features that makes installation so smooth is that it has a hook on the mounting plate. So when you need to attach your electrical wires you can actually hang the fan right on that hook and they get everything attached and that way you don't have to strain by holding the fan up while you attach the wires. This comes with solid wood blades. You can really see the beautiful wood texture and the grain on this. For total convenience this even comes with the remote so you don't have to get up and make changes on the unit itself. The LED light in the middle is dimmable and customizable to what you want. Even though the fan is very strong it's quiet so you still get that peaceful environment even if it's on full speed. This is the perfect do-it-yourself fan.
