I love the attention to detail. When the bag arrived everything was wrapped in foam so as to keep the hardware from getting any nicks and scratches before you received it. It also came with a satin gift bag. Even though this bag looks a little bit small, it can hold a lot. I like that the zippers come down almost all the way to the bottom on the sides, allowing you full access to the inside of the bag. I'm able to hold not just a laptop but also a tablet, a planner, a wallet, and lots of other goodies in this single bag. I do like the option of being able to carry it by the handles or using the adjustable shoulder strap. The real genuine leather feels so buttery smooth underneath your fingertips and when you open it up it smells so good. There's nothing like the smell of real leather. Whether I'm working from home or I need to work on the go, this bag helps get me there and that's my point of view.
