ModKitchn Silicone Bread Sling

Hi I'm Stacey with WTI and I am here to tell you that your bread making can become so much easier if you use a sling like this awesome one from ModKitchn. If you've never used a sling before but you love making bread then you definitely need to check it out. This is a bottom base silicone piece that you put right at the bottom of your pan. You can easily place your dough in the pan using this sling and then take it out when the bread is finished. This sling is not only handy when putting your bread in your pan and taking it out but it also serves as a really good base protection so that your bottom of your bread does not get too hard or too dark. I really love that the sling is heat proof up to 480 degrees so it definitely will be able to bear with you through all of your wonderful bread making days. It is also super easy to wipe down and clean and it's even dishwasher safe. I really love that they also include a nice little clasp so I can keep this in my drawer with all of my other favorite bread making tools. Having this sling saves you from buying a ton of parchment paper but it also saves you because it provides that nice protection for your bread. Whether you're a seasoned bread maker or you're just getting into the wonderful art of making bread then you need to check this out as one of the handiest tools that you will have in your day but that's just my point of view.
