It's for ages 3 plus and there's two scenes. There's this boat scene and then there's also a scene here on the back side. So it opens up here on the back and you have all these cars. So you pull the pieces apart and then you can see that they just stick right on here. It's a really nice feature especially when you are driving or you're in a plane and you don't want these puzzle pieces kind of just flinging all over the place. It has a magnet on the back and so it just sticks right on there. Your kid can have fun playing with these two scenes. I highly recommend this puzzle from Melissa & Doug. It's a really great invention. It's compact. It can fit into your purse or their backpack for traveling or we play with ours right here on our kitchen counter for game night and that's my point of view.
