And so these helped to help her focus, help her stay calm. And they're just great. So these are the quiet ones. They do reduce noise by about 27 decibels. So it is nice and quiet, but you can still hear. So if someone needs to get your attention or you need to get your child's attention, when you shout their name, then they will hear you.
