Our Point of View on Lodge Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Ovens

Hi, I'm Sarah with WTI and I just want to talk a little bit about this Dutch oven that I have from Lodge. There's so much I love about it, but one of the first things is the color. I love the brilliant red. If I just leave it on my stovetop, it makes a really beautiful statement of color, a nice pop of color. But even more than that, I love the way I'm able to cook with an even heat and how durable this pot is. I've had it for a while. I've put it through a lot and it's wearing really well. Let me give you a close-up view. So durability is the first thing I think of when I think of Lodge. The color is brilliant. It's wearing beautifully. I have used this pot for a long time and it is handling everything I give it very well. It has a beautiful interior. It does not stick because no matter what I cook in it, even though I have terribly burned things in it, it cleans up easily and continues to work well. So I oftentimes use this for an all-day cooking project like here when I'm making soup. There's just no end to what this pot can give you. It has an even heat and a large capacity. So if you want to make soup or if you want a deep fry in it, this is definitely your pot of choice. I use this pot. I reach for this pot all of the time for all sorts of cooking. So this Dutch oven from Lodge is like the tank of my kitchen. I know I can depend on it. Whatever job I need to do, I know it's gonna last and it's gonna look beautiful doing the work and that's just really important and that's my point of view.
