Hi, I'm Christy with WTI and what I love most about this dress is the pleated waistline and the adorable balloon sleeves. I feel like it really gives this dress an elegant look. It's also extremely comfortable. It's made from a polyester spandex blend, so it has some stretch to it, but I found it to be true to size. It really is the perfect dress for spring and summer because it's lightweight, it's flowy, everything that you look for for a summer dress.
