Hi, this is Stacy with WTI. Do you love indoor cycling? Then you need to really up your game when it comes to your shoes. These from KOFUBOKE are exactly the shoes that you will be looking for. The breathable fabric on the top really helps to prevent your feet from getting overheated. I love the velcro that slips across. It holds the feet nice and tightly and snugly. The inserts of the shoes are really nicely cushioned and padded. They feel like memory foam. So when you are on the bike, you don't have to worry about the pedals really affecting the arch of your foot, but rather it's nice and cushioned so you really get a smooth ride. They clip in well thanks to the included clips or you can put your existing ones on. They fit perfectly in case you want to keep the old ones. I really like the bottom as well. It's made of a nice rugged rubber so you can go right from outside into the studio or up to your bike and you don't have to worry about switching your shoes. I went with some of the reviews that I saw and sized up and I found that they fit really well. The shoes themselves as you are biking just allow you to really have a smooth ride. If you've never gone with clip in shoes, you really need to try these out. They make such a difference rather than using the cage on the bike. Or if you're just upgrading, go with these rather than the old school hard shoes that I really felt like took forever to break in. Having the right shoes when you're doing your biking makes such a difference. It really allows you to enjoy the ride and have lots of fun on the bike and you will if you go with these shoes and that's just my point of view.
