Homepop Upholstered Foot Rest Ottomans

Hey, it's Gina from WTI. Have you ever bought a piece of furniture just because it made you happy to look at it? That's how I felt about this ottoman from Homepop. It's velvet tufted and it's so cute and I knew I just had to have it when I saw it. For one thing, it has storage, which is huge for me and my husband because we live in a small home. I'm able to fit two throw size blankets inside of it, which really helps to cut down on clutter around my house, which makes me very happy. I'm really loving the velvet look because it helps to break up some of the textures in my home and give me just a slightly different feel. The ottoman is light to move around. We do have it on carpet, so it doesn't slide very well when we want to move it, but it's super easy to pick up and move around. We mainly use it to put our feet on while we're watching TV. I like that there's some attention to detail with this ottoman, like the piping around the lid and the tufted buttons on top. It really just gives it a nice finished look. I also appreciate that underneath the lid, there's some stops that keep it from falling off while you're moving it. I really am enjoying the color. It's kind of an avocado throwback to the 60s, which I just love. I think the size is about perfect. It will fit both me and my husband's feet on it when we're just relaxing on the couch. I truly believe that I found the perfect retro piece for our living room. It's not just cute, it's functional and it's well made. I mean, can you ask for much more than that? I highly recommend it and that's my point of view.
