All you do is you take the post back of your earring and you introduce it in here. You now, your post back is now lowered and now you've got this fish hook detail. So all I do is introduce it into my ear and when I put my headset on, it no longer, that post no longer goes directly into the back of my head. It is that easy. Let me show you another pair.
