They just simply slide into any type of high heel and I like too that they have a little bit of a plasticky part for the arch. So I have high arches so this was perfect for that. It just provided that little bit of extra support that I need on my arch for wearing heels. I like that it doesn't go all the way down to the toes so you don't have to worry about being too tight or too overcrowded by the toes. It just stops three fourths a little bit after your arch and that's my point of view.
