Transcript
Hi, I'm Kayla with WTI. I wanted to share with you a really fun board game called Count Your Chickens. Now this game is perfect for young ones around the age of 2 or 3 and then maybe even up to the age of 5 or 6. So the object of the game is really simple. You take Mother Hen at the starting point and you want to help her get all her chickens, which are around the board, back to her chicken coop as a team. So it's not one player against another. This is a cooperative game where the kids can learn how to help each other out and work as a team. So what you'll do is use the spinner to see what you land on. So I landed on a cow. So I would count how many spaces until I got to a cow. One, two, three, four, five. Then I would find five chickens and put them back in the chicken coop. One, two, three, four, five. The object of the game is for the entire group playing to help get all the chickens back in the chicken coop before Mother Hen gets there. If you get all the chickens back in the chicken coop before Mother Hen gets there, then you win the game as a team. And if not, you just start over and have some more fun. We really like this game because it does help our little one learn how to work as a team with somebody else. And it also helps with his numbers. So that's an extra bonus too. And we really have a fun time when we play it, but that's just our point of view.
