ZACME 8.4QT Commercial Stand Mixers

If you're a home baker, whether professional or just an enthusiast, you'll love this ZACME 8.4 quart stand mixer. I'm Brianna with WTI and let me show you how I use this mixer. So I primarily use it for making sourdough bread and it handles the dough so well. It does all the heavy lifting for me, which is the reason we buy these machines in the first place. You have all the bells and whistles you need, like the light to see what's going on in there, a smooth turn knob, a timer, as well as digital on and off buttons. And I really like the easy lift lever for raising and lowering the bowl. I like the whisk attachment to quickly make some whipped cream for my coffee and only about a minute and a half. I also appreciate how quiet it is while mixing. I have a baby that sometimes naps in the same room and I can still use this mixer at the same time. And all of the stainless steel bowl and attachments are dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. I definitely recommend giving this one a try. Get it, then get in your kitchen. But that's just my point of view.
