Hi, this is Jackie with WTI and if you are an oily lover like I am and you use essential oils to help you stay calm and to make it through the day, seedlings calm is such a good essential oil. So seedlings calm is typically used for the kiddos but it's not just for kids. So I like to inhale this straight from the bottle just a few deep breaths and it is so calming. It has lavender, it has geranium, coriander, ilangylang, and a few other essential oils. So seedlings calm is so good just to inhale like I did, to diffuse. You can use it topically as well. It is a lovely oil and a great way to have an easy way to just like throw a few drops of this into your essential oil diffuser instead of having to make your own blend because it's already prepared for you. And I like things easier but that's just my point of view.
