With a precise temperature control knob, you can set the temp from 104 to 212 degrees, and you can even use one of the convenient presets for your favorite beverages. That way you are not over or under brewing your teas and coffees, making you a better home barista or a tea master. Overall, this kettle is stylish, fast to heat water, precise and very convenient, and also it's beautiful. I would definitely recommend it and that's my point of view.
