We're replacing the rear brake pads on a BMW X5 and this little box has everything you need in order to do that. These are OEM parts so they are definitely a high quality and a perfect fit and we've never had any issues using these before. Here's the comparison of the old brake pad to the new one. You can see that it is much thicker and the swap itself was pretty straightforward. You essentially remove the old ones and put the new ones in place.
