Hi guys, Robin here with WTI. Let me talk to you about this super fine little sieve here. So this here we use mostly for skimming oil. You can see it is super fine enough to be able to lift that oil without taking out all the other delicious juices in your soups or anything like that. And also, so not only scooping oil but also straining. So once we've fried something, we like to strain it through here to keep that oil and reuse it if possible. So I highly recommend it. It is a simple little device with many different possibilities really and I think it's a great investment for any kitchen especially if you're trying to like make sure you skim out some oil from different things. It's much easier than a lot of other ways. So I highly recommend it. This is very well built. It has nice little things holding this in place and then a nice hook on the handle as well to help you store it or just let it dry as well. So I love it. I recommend it and that is my point of view.
