Hi guys, Darlene here from What Tools Inside. I just wanted to show you my buttercrack. This is my blue ceramic one. They have different colors. Here's what it looks like on the inside. Got some butter in there. I find it holds about 1 1 by 2 sticks of butter. I like to use a big spoon like this to flatten it in there because the more that you can compress it, the less the air gets in there, the better it seals. Inside there's a little fill line so you know how much water to put in there. That is what creates the seal and keeps your butter fresh and soft. You can keep it on the counter. It's really cute. We love it, but that's just our point of view.
