Staub Cast Iron 4-qt Round Cocotte

Hi, this is Karen from WTI. This is Staub Cast Iron Dutch Oven. It's really amazing. I really enjoy how versatile it is. I can be making bread, I can be making chicken soup, I can be chosating my onions or even garlic, which is really hard. Since, you know, garlic, if it goes too dark, it can bitter the soup or the stew. So the fact that the heat distribution is wall to wall evenly, it really helps my cooking game. Another big plus is that lid is tie fitting, so it's sealed. It doesn't let go out the moisture and flavors. It also has these self-fasting spikes, which help to distribute the moisture evenly throughout the cooking process, so it enhances the taste and the texture of the food. And it's really easy to clean. I don't have to do any extra work. I just add soap and water and that's it. It's clean. And that's our point of view.
