You actually fill it up with your own dish soap and then you're ready to go. It does an amazing job of getting tough to scrub off grime off of my dishes and pans and then it has its own little stainless steel holder which is perfect because it's not going to get any like soap scum or anything like that on the counter. The stainless steel is super easy to clean up. So this is an amazing addition to my kitchen routine. It's got that soap in it.
