Hey there, it's Megan with WTI and do you want your home cooked food to be totally extra? Yeah, you do. And this Sondiko kitchen torch is definitely the tool to help you with that. This torch is super easy and fast to fill with fuel. I can choose to use it while keeping my thumb pressed down on the button or I can press in on the button and turn it and it will keep itself running. Unlike torches that I have used in the past, this torch has a really consistent flame and it never cuts out. It has a sliding adjuster on the side so I can customize the intensity and the size of the flame depending on what I'm using it for. Getting this torch totally inspired me to make one of my all time favorite desserts, creme brulee. The torch totally provided the means to get that essential perfectly browned caramelized sugar topping. It's also been really fun to use it to give extra melty texture and toasty flavor to my marshmallows on top of my hot chocolate. I found it great as well for adding extra charred flavor to meat and vegetables.
