Hello, it's Alicia from WTI and I want to show you guys these SPD cleats. These are from Shimano and these are the SH51 cleats. And these are awesome. I love to use the SPD cleats when I'm using an indoor spin bike. You can also use them for outdoor bikes as well. And what I love the most about these cleats is that they're compatible with my favorite spin shoes. So I can easily put them on if I get a new pair. Easy to install and they work really really well. They are really easy to clip into the pedal and also to clip out of the pedal. It is very simple to do and really comfortable to ride on. So overall I'm super happy with these cleats. They're very durable. These have lasted me for a couple of years no problem and they're still going strong. So I'm super happy with them and that is my point of view.
