RYTMAT Yoga Mats

Hey, it's Katie with WTI. Three things that I look for in a workout mat are comfort, size, and stability. And this mat by RYTMAT checks all of those boxes. First of all, let's talk about the size. I love that it doesn't just fit the outline of my body. It is much wider and much longer than I am, giving me lots of room to do all the different moves. I can even put my weights on this mat while I'm working out and not have to worry about stubbing my toe on them. I also like that it provides some softness. So putting on my hard floors, I can still do my floor workouts and not worry about sore hips and sore knees, but it is not so soft that I'm falling over when I'm doing balance moves because it's the perfect blend between soft and cushy and firm and stable. Bonus features. It comes with this great carrying case. And I didn't think that I would like that it folds up like an accordion, but I really think it's great because then it doesn't come unrolled when it is in storage. Overall, this is a fantastic gym mat. I know I'm going to use it for many workouts to come. And that's my point of view.
