Has a little bit of a, not quite white color, but just maybe a little tan color, but very good tasting. Just, you can use it to really amp up your sandwiches. Just do several different things. Has a slightly little avocado taste to it which is great. We use this mayonnaise quite a lot. In our day to day cooking, whether it's sandwiches, maybe we're just putting it as a side ingredient, as a dip or anything like that. It's just a really great product overall.
