Welcome back to What Tools and Sights Point of View. I'm Doc and this is Matt. I'm his brother. Today we're talking about compressors. This is actually from Porter-Cable. It's 150 PSI. It's what you call a pancake compressor. That's right. Why, Josh? Because it's small in nature and it's flat. The tank is flat so it's six gallons compressed. You've seen the one-gallon tanks that are elongated like that. They have a little motor on it. They're like this and the pancake style. I have owned several of these over the years. A great product for a homeowner to have because they can do little trim jobs. Great for interior trim work. You've got to pump up tires, that kind of thing. Different uses on the outside of the home as well. A great little product. Porter-Cable has been around for a long time. Over 100 years they've been making tools. Back in 1910 they started with pencil sharpeners, a gas lamp and something else. It is now. A couple of nice features that I like about this tank. Particularly it's got the rubber feet. Because of the vibration it won't work its way anywhere. It'll stay put. It's got two pressure gauges. It's 150 pounds of psi max pressure. It quickly refills. It also has the release valve on the back end that you twist and it empties the tank out. You don't want that air sitting in there and building up. You've got to do that because the moisture that builds up in there will rust out your tank. Make sure you're emptying that little moisture valve. That's just our point of view. We'll see you guys next time here on What Tools Inside. Thanks for watching.
