I didn't realize how much better I could sleep until I started using the slip mask. This is Hospital with WTI and I've been using this PQ sleep mask and as a side sleeper I feel the difference right away because it's 3D contoured and padded so it doesn't press on my eyes and it's so lightweight that I barely feel it at night. It also has this adjustable strap that stays in place and it doesn't slip. It blocks light incredibly well and so it's perfect for my daytime naps and it even comes with silicone earplugs and a case which have been a lifesaver with my snoring husband. It comes in three different colors purple, gray and black. He picked gray but I picked purple since it's my favorite. This is so soft. It's washable. I find it also super practical for travel and I can use it anywhere and that's my point of view.
