Hi, this is Christy with WTI. I'm in my kitchen today getting ready to make some soup and I'm going to show you guys my OXO peeler. This has been probably my favorite peeler I've ever had and I've had quite a few. First I'm going to show you how well it works. Okay, so I'm peeling some carrots. I've had this for a while. I want you to know that because the blade still is nice and sharp. I'm not applying hardly any pressure at all. It glides so easy. So my favorite feature of this peeler is how wide the handle is and the fact that they put on this rubber grip. I don't know if you've ever been a victim of peeling the skin off your knuckle, but I have done that more than once, but never have done that with this peeler. And that's due to the smart design of this peeler and the fact that the blade is such high quality. You're not really having to apply any pressure while you peel. So I would definitely recommend this peeler. That's my point of view.
