OXO Softworks 8 Chef Knife

Hi, it's Aubrey from WTI here. I'm going to try not to poke out my eye today and talk to you about this lovely blade here. It is the OXO 8-inch knife. This I have had for about three and a half years and I'm going to tell you some reasons why I love it. If you're looking for something durable and sturdy and low maintenance, this is for you. So first of all, the sharpness is something that really, really caught my eye. For the first year and a half, I did not have to sharpen this at all. And then maybe every six months I've kept up on the sharpness, but it's also low maintenance. It takes literally seconds to sharpen my knife. I love this so much. So another reason I love this is because it is very sturdy. This little joint right here has not moved. It is not budged, it has not moved. And I love it for that reason. No one needs a loose knife to be able to cut themselves on, you know, or like lose grip of. Speaking of grip, this is a very comfortable handle to have when you're cutting things, but it's also a grip handle. So you're not losing your grip on it and also cutting yourself. So it hasn't warped over time either. It is, it has stayed straight. It has stayed unwarped. And I just love this knife so much. So if you are looking for something very sturdy, very durable, low maintenance, this is for you. But that's just my point of view.
