ONCE FOR ALL Safe Mandoline Slicer

Hey, it's Gina with WTI. When I want to enjoy a really good home-cooked meal, I don't want to spend hours in the kitchen chopping and preparing things. I've always wanted a mandolin slicer before, but I've been concerned about cutting my fingers. And when I saw the design on this mandolin slicer from ONCE FOR ALL, I knew that it would be perfect for me. You don't have to switch out blades depending on what kind of cut you want. And this slices, it dices, it julienne, it makes perfect sweet potato fry size. And it's all achieved by these little knobs on the back. The instruction manual comes with really clear directions on which ways to turn the knobs. But once you've used it a few times, it becomes pretty intuitive. So there's blades within blades. And as you turn it, they either get longer or shorter to achieve the cut that you want. You simply press down the handle to get the initial cut and then engage the pusher to push whatever you're cutting down further, continue the process. It even has a bend to catch whatever you're cutting in. And that just makes cleanup really nice and easy. This comes with a brush and a little pick to be able to get any of the veggies or fruit that have stuck inside the blade out. And I found that the cleanup was really quite simple. I also love that it folds down for easy storage. This is an amazing mandolin slicer. I love that it gives me peace of mind and it gives me the perfect cuts for all of my dishes. And that's my point of view.
