Hey guys, it's Sinead from WTI. So I wanted to share one of my favorite kids' books, called The Snail and the Whale by Julia Donaldson. It's this really fun story of this tiny little snail that decides it's time to leave his rock and go explore the world. So he does that by hopping on the back of this whale and he just shares his adventures as they travel far and wide, describing all the incredible things he's seen for the first time such as the fiery mountain, the golden sands, the waves, and the pictures are just so gorgeous. This is one of my favorite parts in the book. It says, and as she gazed at the sky, the sea, the land, the waves and the caves, and the golden sand, she gazed and gazed, amazed by it all, and she said to the whale, I feel so small. So really cute book. And I thought it was just a good reminder as you're reading to this kid that it's such a big, beautiful world out there. There are so many things to explore. So this was a really fun read. I've read this numerous times to my son and we never get tired of it. It's also a rhyming book which kids always love. So great story, definitely recommend it, and that's my point of view.
