Hi, my name is Brooke with WTI and I have to show you this Merten & Storck 12 inch frying pan. This pre-season carbon steel pan is so reliable in the kitchen. It heats up my food evenly, quickly, and it retains its heat. It's fun to cook with because food doesn't stick to the pan and there's no coating on this steel. So it's nice knowing that that coating isn't breaking down, getting onto my food. And I'm not worrying about scratching it as well with a fork or a metal utensil. And it's easy to clean with a scratch pad and it comes out looking so clean. There may be spots on it, but that's nothing to worry about. It doesn't affect the cooking at all. And the edges are high, which is great for grease spatter. I like that it's good for your gas and induction stove. It's also oven safe and I love the sturdy grip on this pan.
