So if you flip it around, there's a little nozzle here and it actually comes with something to pour the water into. And depending on how firm you want your pillow, it all depends on how much water you put in. So I wanted more of a medium firmness. So I just put in whatever the instructions tell you how much water to put in. This thing is incredible. Like I showed you, it's very heavy, first of all. So like I showed you, when you put your head down, it cradles you. It cradles your neck so that it just forms to how you sleep normally. And this part here is so comfortable. This is an incredible pillow. If anyone out there is having neck problems or has any issues with sleeping, give this a try because I promise you you will not regret this purchase. But that's just my point of view.
