I also love that it's delicious. I'm a huge fan of rosemary, especially fresh, but when I don't have fresh rosemary, this is an amazing substitute. I absolutely love to put this on roasted vegetables, particularly on roasted potatoes. It's really, really good. It's really nice on chicken and pork and other things. So many options and it just has that really beautiful sort of piney flavor. And even though this is dried, it's very potent and very delicious. So I really love this and I think that you will too.
