It's not something that's going to give way anytime soon or rip or tear. It's mildew resistant. Check out how nicely the water just beads right off of the curtain. It comes with rust proof metal grommets at the top so you can hang them into your shower curtain hooks. It has weighted magnets at the bottom to keep the shower curtain from moving around while you shower and to prevent any leaks. So if you need a new shower curtain liner, I definitely recommend this one by LiBa and that's my point of view.
