I don't know if you grew up with reading these comic books or not but it's a good reminder to remember that these were written in the 40s and 50s and some things that we know now about history and might have been presented in a funny way back then they might not feel comical anymore for us today. What is cool about the Lucky Luke books is that you can always find the historical truth behind the story and what are the parts that actually happened in the Wild West and what is just the imagination of the author himself. But what I like about his books is the fact that there's so much detail to every single image. For any fan of old comic books, Lucky Luke's are good read and that of course is just my point of view.
