Hey, it's Kate with What Tools Inside and I want to share my KitchenAid hand mixer with you today. So I do have a stand-up mixer and I use that often when I'm doing large amounts of baking. But when I just need to whip something up real quick, this is my go-to. I really like how easy it is to take out, to put together. It's just these two little beaters that go in. It doesn't take up a lot of room to store and I only have to wash one bowl, which I really like. So it is a five speed. I know they have seven speed, nine speed. They have all sorts, but this one is the five speed. So I'm just going to show you how it works. So it gets really fast. If you're whipping up cream or anything like that, this is a fantastic little device for you. And then also to take out the beaters, it's just one little push of a button. They pop right out. Very, very simple. I also like how well balanced it is. I don't know if you'll be able to see this, but see how it just stays. It doesn't tip. So when you have to put it down on your counter, you're not worried about everything falling all over. It works really well. I've had this for years and it hasn't failed me yet. So I highly recommend this brand. They come in all sorts of colors too. I've seen pink and white, white and black and green and all sorts of them. So get one that suits your personality. I'm sure you won't regret it. And that's my point of view.
