Hi, I'm Santino WTI. If you love to cook then I highly highly recommend getting a copy of Mastering the Art of French Cooking by Julia Child. Of course this book is a classic but it really is awesome. I was so excited when my husband got this book for me as a gift. So we have tried out many of the recipes in the book. Our absolute favorite is Baufonium. It is really really delicious made Julia Child style so that is one I highly recommend. But we also love that this book is not just recipes but she also really wants to help you learn how to cook. So inside there are instructions on different cuts of meat, different types of wine, what pairs with different kind of food, and different kinds of kitchen supplies. So you really have a lot of information to learn how to cook well with this book. It's been useful to me and I love it. It makes me feel happy when I use it. So I hope that it will bring you happiness as well and that's my point of view.
