Yes, I am super excited about these rings because look at the difference between the two. As you can tell, I'm sure you'll know which one's the older one and which one's the newer one. It's the nasty yellow one and let me assure you that the smell is no better. It stinks. No matter how much I scrub and clean it, it still stays on there. The material even, it's not as stiff as the newer one. So to ensure that the Instant Pot works properly, they suggest to change these rings every 12 to 18 months and they are super easy to change just like you see here. I take mine out anyways to wash every time after I use it, but the smell and the taste can still remain in there. So again, changing them often is something that you should be doing. So dishwasher safe. They make your food safer. Your food tastes great and doesn't transfer over onto your other ones. What more could you want? So out with the old and in with the new. Go get yourself your Instant Pot ceiling rings. You will regret it. That's my point of view.
