So if your little one has the occasional trouble winding down before bed, then I want to show you something that has been a huge help with my son, which is these calming tablets by Hyland's. Now they're for ages six months and up. Now normally my son is a great sleeper, but sometimes if we let him stay up a little bit later than normal say for having friends over, then it just throws him off for the entire night. He's very irritable and tired and of course a tired child means a tired parent. So we give him one of these to help him feel calm. Now the tablets are very small in size, so I just put one under his tongue and they dissolve really quickly. My son has no problem taking these. I like that this is a homeopathic solution, so it contains safe and gentle ingredients, which is something I always try to opt for with my children. I'm really happy with how effective these have been with my son. I noticed that when he does take them, he gets a restful sleep the entire night.
