Hello everyone, welcome to Matt and Josh here. What tools inside? We're going to make some bread for you today. A very simple system in a bread maker from Pashmium. How hard is it to do? Not at all. Let me show you. You're able to switch. It gives you the 13 choices. So there's lots of choices. I'm going to choose number one. I'm going to go all the way to number one. So you can see here it changes 13 and you're at number one. I'm going to choose the color because you want light, medium or dark color bread. Right. So I'm going to go medium. We'll go medium today. And then I choose my loaf size. One pound or 1.5. We're doing a big one. It's that simple. Let's go bigger. You're going to open it up and we're going to put the ingredients in the pan that's here. And this pan then goes inside. Come on over. Let's get the ingredients in. All right. I put a little butter in there to make sure there's nothing stuck. I think that's a mistake. It's not a mistake. Go ahead and do it. Don't say that ever again. Okay. First thing we need is water. 200 mils. We already got that. Okay. Next thing we're going to need is a two tablespoons of oil, two tablespoons. So they give you, they give you the nice measuring sticks. Yeah. This is all comes with the, comes with the kit here. Two tablespoons friend, two. They should already be in the pot. One. All right. One. You don't have to be a pastry chef to make this kind of bread. Always put your, uh, your liquid in first, then your fats or your oils. All right. And now we're going to put in our dry ingredients on top of that. We have salt. We need one teaspoon of that. I guess this is salt. Yeah. One teaspoon. Be careful. I like salt. Salt. Then we want to have, uh, 1.5 tablespoons of dried milk. This powdered milk, you get that. It's regular carnation milk. How many of these? 1.5. So one and a half. Two. I like to sprinkle it. Yeah. You do a nice job there. Half, half of that friend. Half. There you go. That's good. That's good. Okay. All right. We got our dried milk in there. Now we go to sugar. We need three tablespoons of sugar. Oh, there's your sugar right there. Ready to go. I got nice, uh, pain, organic. We need three of those. Two and three. And then we're going to need two cups of flour. Now this is going to fill right up for a cup. Okay. Two of those on there. Two, two, one, one, all right. I'm going to teach you something here, Matty. We're going to make a little, uh, little spot for the yeast to sit. Okay. And then that's what you would do. Here's your yeast packets right here. And I've got to open this. There you go. Now this is a special kind of yeast. This one's actually from instant sourdough. Uh, this is the, the company is called platinum. That's a brand new thing. I never knew you could do this. So we're going to use this one here for our, for our bread. Put that right in the middle like that. Okay. And now in it goes. Turn it, put it in lock it in place. This and it's locked. No, it's not locked. Yeah. That's locked. That's it. That's it. Hit the start. Start. See you in three hours. See you in three hours. We'll show you that the results. All right. That's it. It's ready. It's been three hours, three hours, a little bit. We're ready for some fresh bread, right? Stop. Does that look good or what? All right. Let's pull it out. Shall we get this in here? There we go. Let's see if it comes out just as good as it looks. There's our bread. Look at that. Okay. Now here's the trick. Okay. Unless you want it really crusty, if you want to just a nice, a nice, um, softer type of finish, put a little butter on all the crust everywhere. Okay. Let's get that bread looking really good. Moistened. It's hot. And that just goes to show that it's right out of the thing. There's no tricks, no camera tricks. This is a really nice bread maker. So cost effective too. Not, not expensive. Okay. Here's your butter on it. Now we're going to do, let's cut it open for you guys to have a chance to see it. Normally you would let it rest a little bit, but I just want you guys to see how it's going to look. Okay. Let's cut it open this way. Let's see if that other bread looks. Oh, that looks delicious. Yummy. Yummy. That's the bread maker really works. Well, that's just our point of view.
