Gourmetop Sushi Knife

Hey, this is Yuki with WTI and I'm here to talk about the Gourmetop Sushi knife. So this is a 10 inch blade. It is made with such great quality stainless steel and also the handle is a premium ebony wood handle. I like the shape of it. It's an octagonal shape. It is so comfortable to use. What I really love about this knife is that it is very sharp, smooth, very effortlessly and precise when you are cutting into your fish. All right, so you're going to see how precise this knife cuts. I mean, it cuts it so smoothly. So I'm barely applying any pressure while I cut through this tofu. I just wanted to mention that this knife is very versatile. You can use it for pretty much anything. So it is very well made. I absolutely recommend it if you are looking for an exceptional sushi knife, but that's my point of view.
