Gourmet Easy Garlic Chopper Mini & Slicer

Hey, it's Gina with WTI and if you're looking for an easy and quick way to chop and mince garlic, you are going to love this little chopper that I got from Gourmet Easy. It's really as simple as peeling the garlic, placing it on top of the blade, and then closing the lid sharply on top of it. And then you'll see perfectly minced and sliced garlic underneath. Now, if you're wanting to use this as a storage container inside the fridge, I found that it was best to follow the manufacturer's instructions and wash the entire stainless steel lid and blade along with the lip of the container with hot soapy water first. When I did that, there was no stink bomb inside my fridge. Like would normally happen if I stored garlic in a plastic container. I use the sliced side of the blade the most often because I like to use garlic when I pickle. And I found that it was just so quick and easy to slice up like five to six cloves and get them right into my brine for pickling. This would make the perfect gift for the person in your life who loves to cook and is looking for easy solutions to prep their meals. Or of course, just keep it for yourself.
