Hey everyone, it's Bala from WTI and don't worry. I just want to show you my knife. Okay, this is a really nice paring knife from the company Gourmet Easy and it is a stainless steel knife that is Australian design. I did not know that these holes are meant to keep food from sticking. So those perforations are actually useful, not just pretty design. And the handle itself is really nice and ergonomic. So I'm just going to slice some stuff up with it and show you how good it cuts. While it does say it's for paring, it is a sharp blade so you can use it for many other things. This also came in a really nice package. So if you're trying to get this as a gift, you don't have to repackage it. So if you're looking for a good paring knife, I like this one by Gourmet Easy. It's strong, it's sharp. And honestly, I feel like it's going to last me a long time, but that's my point of view.
