Foragers Galley Mushroom Kits

Hey there, it's Megan with WTI and lately I've been exploring ways to grow my own produce inside my home. So when I saw this Foragers Galley grow at home mushroom kit, I was definitely intrigued by it. After the really simple and quick initial setup, all I needed then was a healthy dose of patients. It took several weeks of consistent misting and hoping. I had to admit there were some points or I really doubt it that I was going to get a crop of mushrooms, but I just had to trust the process. I followed the included instructions to a tea, even when I may have been inclined to do otherwise. And sure enough, I saw some changes. Once the baby pin mushrooms made their appearance, they grew so fast. I was blown away. My kit produced about one pound of snow oyster mushrooms. I was sincerely amazed at the amount of mushrooms that this little kit produced. When the mushrooms were ready, I was really eager to make a pasta dish out of them. They were so flavorful and delicious and it just felt really good to know that I had grown them myself in my own home. If you love mushrooms like I do, this grow at home mushroom kit is a really interesting and fun way to enjoy them. But that's just my point of view.
