What I love about it is that it's made up this dirt lightweight. It's very lightweight but it's a durable aluminum. I've had plastic curved rulers that broke on me, cracked on me, snagged my fabric. It really is a great ruler. I love it. What I use it for is to make my dresses, of course, or skirts, or armholes, or hip curves, or any type of curve that I want to put on a design. This ruler does it. You just put it on your pattern paper and you follow the curve to make your pattern. I really love it. I highly recommend it. That is my point of view.
