Our Point of View on the Emeril Lagasse Knife Block Set From Amazon

Hi, I'm Jasmine with WTI and they're in my kitchen today because I want to show you my knife set from Emeril Lagasse. This knife set is so cute, it's small, which is exactly what I was looking for. I don't have a lot of counter space, so I wanted something that wasn't going to take up too much room, but still have the knives that I need. So let me give you a closer look at them. The scissors are so handy. You can use these for all types of applications, not just meat. And I love the paring knife. It's perfect for tomatoes, apples, small things like that. The utility knife is just great for pretty much anything really. I love to use it for chopping as well. And this is the bread knife. It's nice and long, 8 inches, and it does a great job at cutting bread. And then finally, the 7 inch Santoku knife, which is really, really great for chopping as well. This is probably my favorite knife from the set. Now I'm no professional chef or chopper, but I can tell you that this knife chops really, really great. Of course, you probably have to keep it sharpened for it to keep working this way, but I feel like it's really comfortable to hold and does a great job. Here you can appreciate how a little bit of space it takes on the countertop. So if you're in the market for a knife set with a block that is not going to take up too much room, but still give you the knives that you're going to be using on a daily basis, I highly recommend this one from Amarola Grass. Not only are they great quality, but they look really nice on the countertop as well. That's my point of view.
