Hi, it's Gina with WTI. I love using this EcoTools dry brush before I shower. It helps to get rid of dry skin and it exfoliates. I like that the handle is strong and durable with this fabric and the bristles are soft but also firm. So when you use it to brush your skin, it's going to feel a little bit scratchy, but it doesn't hurt. So what I do is I start at my legs and feet and use firm upward strokes and then move into my midsection and my arms, always moving towards the heart. Even though it's made with wood, you can use it in the shower if you want to and it's very easy to clean. You just rinse it off with warm water and then leave it out to dry. I found that using this EcoTools dry brush has really become an integral part of me keeping healthy skin, especially in the wintertime. So I definitely recommend it, but that's just my point of view.
