It's super easy to clean especially when you follow the little tips to make sure you put saran wrap to prevent the sticking and then you make gorgeous sushi for your family. My husband, my whole family loves sushi. I was so proud that I could make it for them and my husband even preferred the chopsticks that come with it over any of the other ones we had already. He said they were so easy and so nice to use. So sushi doesn't have to be intimidating. It's lots of fun. It's great for you.
